《铁达尼号》流行天后席琳狄翁（Celine Dion）产后复出首张新作《A New Day Has Come》d3月26日上市，这将是她2001年初生产并宣布暂别歌坛专心在家相夫教子后的第一张专辑，2003年她还要在拉斯维加斯举行大型演唱会。
2001年911恐怖攻击事件后，席琳狄翁参加了美国、加拿大的两项慈善义演，爆发力十足的演唱实力让歌迷回味无穷。她即将推出的新专辑总共收录16首歌，制作群都是曾经搭档合作的老友，将让全球歌迷一饱耳福。
Epic Records唱片公司表示，为了配合新专辑的推出，席琳狄翁4月7日将在哥伦比亚广播公司 (CBS) 推出一个小时的特别节目，节目名称便是这张专辑的名称“A New Day Has Come”。
乡村天后仙妮雅唐恩的王牌制作人老公麦特蓝恩这次为席琳狄翁特别写了新单曲《Goodbye`s (The Saddest World)》，而玛丽亚凯莉的专属制作人Walter Afanasieff也为席琳狄翁量身打造一首新歌《Prayer》。
2002年3月将届满34岁的席琳狄翁，以《铁达尼号》电影主题曲成为红遍全球的流行天后，前年便减少演出专心待产，2001年元月生产之后更是深居简出全心全意做个好妈妈，直到911恐怖事件后才参加两场慈善演出。
席琳狄翁曾获“全球最畅销女歌手”殊荣，1990年代全球唱片销售量总计高达1亿2千5百万张。
